On closed manifolds, there are functional traces on pseudodifferential operators, some of which appear in noncommutative geometry.
The noncommutative residue, the Kontsevich and Vishik canonical trace, and the leading symbol trace are examples of such traces.
In this talk we extend those functionals to the noncommutative torus.
